The homepage earns the tap. Services and panels answer the two questions that decide whether it happens: what will this cost, and will my cover work?

The brief

Objective / approach

Look like the care.

A private GP in Bangsar needed to feel as considered as the care it sells, without the friction of a hospital booking system. High-end presence, zero friction to an appointment.

Sell the first conversation, not a form.

Malaysian customers already book on WhatsApp. The site meets them there instead of asking them to create an account, pick a time slot and wait for an email.

“Discreet, comprehensive family care designed around you.”
The clinic's positioning, carried through every page

The visual world stays quiet: architectural photography, generous type and one green action. The copy answers the questions a patient actually asks — who will see me, what does it cost, can I walk in — before they pick up the phone.

The routing, demonstrated.

Choose a service. The message on the right is what the clinic receives — no typing, no wrong department, no blank “hi”.

What kept it under a second.

Speed is not a plugin. It is a series of decisions made before the first line of HTML.

Markup

Semantic HTML first.

Real headings, lists and links. Tailwind compiles to one small stylesheet, with no runtime CSS engine.

Content

WordPress blocks, not builders.

The clinic edits copy in Gutenberg blocks. No Elementor, no Divi, no shortcode layer to render at runtime.

Assets

Nothing loads before it is needed.

WebP images at the edge, explicit dimensions, lazy loading below the fold, and no icon font.

Action

The form is a link.

WhatsApp deep links replace a booking database, an email queue and every validation dead end.
